Qwik pipe now offers high pressure polyurethane lay flat hose which demonstrates superior abrasion and puncture resistance, making it ideal for following demanding terrain without bracing. Our hose is available in up to 660 foot continuous lengths which allows for a more rapid deployment and retrieval and fewer couplers per mile.
Qwik Pipe utilizes victaulic leak-proof couplers on our hose ends that allow us to be more environmentally friendly by the conservation of water and the ability to pump chemical-laden water with less concerns or clean up costs. With a 200 psi working pressure on both 10″ and 12″ diameters, this allows for an increased flow rate for improved water transfer capabilities. By utilizing polyurethane lay flat hose along with our piggable magnetic flow meters, Qwik Pipe is able to recover any trapped product by pushing a wiping foam cylinder (pig) from product source to destination.
